Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Valid drivers license Prior landscaping/snow removal experience required Operate landscaping/snow plow/bobcat/forklift and other maintenance equipment Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

Outdoor maintenance including but not limited to groundskeeping, general yard upkeep, salting, etc. Snow removal/ice prevention Remove debris, trash and leaves from walkways and paths Ensure maintenance equipment is properly maintained and stored Control pests and handling invasive plants/weeds Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Upload trailers Other duties as assigned

Shift:

Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm. Starting $30/hr
