Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming bushes, edging beds, and weeding. Operate ground maintenance equipment like mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools safely and efficiently. Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure healthy plant growth and water efficiency. Identify various plants and pests to assist with pest management and plant health care. Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor activities and equipment operation. Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, maintaining tools, and ensuring safe working conditions. Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping machinery and troubleshooting basic equipment issues. Experience with landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, gardening, and hardscape installation. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping projects. Ability to identify different plants, trees, shrubs, and pests accurately. Familiarity with irrigation systems installation, repair, and troubleshooting. Strong outdoor work experience with an emphasis on grounds maintenance and safety protocol adherence.
