What You'll Do As part of our landscape maintenance team, you will: Perform lawn mowing using commercial equipment Trim, edge, blow, and clean up properties after service Assist with landscape maintenance including pruning, mulching, planting, bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanups Work closely with Crew Leaders and fellow team members to complete daily routes safely and efficiently Represent Plant Concepts professionally while delivering exceptional service to our clients Participate in company meetings and ongoing training Follow all company safety procedures and properly operate landscaping equipment Perform other landscape maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications We're looking for individuals who are: Dependable and punctual Honest, professional, and respectful Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Team-oriented with a positive attitude Committed to producing high-quality work Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of professional lawn maintenance or landscaping experience Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, edgers, and other landscape equipment Motivated candidates with related outdoor work experience are encouraged to apply—we're willing to train the right person Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Reliable transportation to and from work Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the workday Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Safely operate commercial landscaping equipment Work eight or more hours per day during the landscaping season Schedule Monday through Friday Typical work week: 40+ hours Overtime available and required as needed Occasional weekend work may be necessary due to weather delays Potential for year-round employment for qualified team members Compensation $18.00-$25.00 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and performance.
