•25/hour | Full-Time | Pay Based on Experience Classic Landscape & Hardscape is looking for reliable, experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Members who know their way around commercial lawn equipment and take pride in leaving a property looking sharp. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has lawn care or landscaping experience and wants steady work with an established local company. We're looking for people who show up, work hard, work well with a crew, and care about the quality of the finished job. What You'll Do Mow residential and commercial properties using commercial lawn equipment Operate zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers Edge sidewalks, driveways, landscape beds, and other property areas Trim around landscaping, structures, and obstacles Blow off sidewalks, patios, driveways, and other hard surfaces Assist with seasonal property cleanups and general lawn maintenance Keep equipment, trucks, and work areas clean and organized Work efficiently with your crew to complete the day's scheduled properties Follow company safety procedures and properly care for equipment Leave every property clean and professionally maintained What We're Looking For Previous professional lawn maintenance or landscaping experience Comfortable operating commercial mowing and lawn maintenance equipment Dependable and able to report to work consistently and on time Strong work ethic and ability to maintain a productive pace throughout the day Attention to detail and pride in doing the job correctly Ability to work well as part of a crew Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work throughout the day Ability to lift 50+ pounds when needed Valid driver's license preferred Why Work With Classic Landscape & Hardscape?
