In person Grass Master is looking for temporary Aeration Helpers to assist our core aeration crews during our busy fall season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and gaining hands-on experience in the lawn care industry. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who can support our crews with aeration services, seeding, tools, equipment, and general job-site needs. Previous lawn maintenance experience is preferred, and truck and maintenance trailer experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with core aeration services on customer lawns Spread grass seed as directed Support the crew with tools, materials, and equipment Help load and unload equipment as needed Assist with truck and maintenance trailer setup, organization, and cleanup Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow directions from crew leaders and work as part of a team Provide quality service while working on residential and/or commercial properties

Requirements:

Must be dependable and on time Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the day Previous lawn maintenance experience preferred Truck and maintenance trailer experience preferred Must be willing to learn and follow company procedures Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay:
