Tippecanoe Country Club is looking to fill a year round full time position. Working on the grounds crew you will assist in maintaining the golf course and club grounds. Golf course experience is encouraged but not mandatory. Some of the job responsibilities include: Assist with irrigation repairs and maintenance Applying fertilizers, fungicides and herbicides Tree removal/stump removal Mowing greens, tees, fairways and rough Drainage work Leaf cleanup Maintaining bunkers Safely operate backhoes, tractors and various types of equipment Leading small crews Ability to meet the physical demands of the job Push mowing, string trimming and back pack blowing Snow removal Able to work over 40 hours a week with a one 4 hour shift on the weekends Must be a team player. Able to get along with other crew members
