Clapper & Company is looking for an experienced Commercial Landscape Maintenance Crew Member who is ready to grow into a Crew Leader position. You'll start by working with one of our established crews while learning about our properties, equipment, and quality standards. The right person can move into leadership as soon as they demonstrate they're ready, and a position is available—there is no requirement to wait a set number of years.

• Starting pay: $19-$24 per hour
• Crew Leader pay: $20-$26 per hour
• Commercial properties throughout Stark and Summit counties
• Primarily Monday-Friday We're looking for someone with:
• Professional mowing or landscape maintenance experience
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Experience driving a truck and towing a trailer
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Leadership potential and a desire for more responsibility Eligible full-time employees receive health insurance assistance, paid holidays, PTO after one year, a
