This role offers flexible hours between part-time and full-time, making it ideal for someone looking for steady outdoor work with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate commercial mowing equipment (zero-turns, walk-behinds, push mowers, leaf vacuum). Perform routine property maintenance including string trimming, edging, and backpack blowing.

Assist with fall clean-ups:

leaf removal, gutter cleaning, bed weed removal, and debris hauling. Safely load, unload, and secure equipment on trailers. Maintain clean job sites and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping preferred (will train the right person). Ability to safely operate power equipment and hand tools. Must be physically fit and able to lift 40+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation to the daily shop/pickup site. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (preferred, if driving company trucks).
