00 per hour We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with at least 2 years of tree service experience to join our team as full-time Tree Service Ground Crew Members. This is a physically demanding outdoor position for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in their work, and want the opportunity to continue developing their skills and advance within the company. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, experienced, and ready to work. We are looking for individuals who: Have at least 2 years of tree service experience Have a valid driver's license Have excellent attendance and show up on time and ready to work Are motivated and willing to continue learning new skills Want opportunities to grow and advance within the company Work well as part of a team Are comfortable performing physically demanding labor Are comfortable working outdoors for long hours in a variety of weather conditions Take pride in working safely and efficiently Can follow directions and work effectively with crew leaders and other team members Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting crews with tree removal and trimming operations Handling and moving brush, logs, and debris Dragging brush and feeding material into wood chippers Assisting with job site setup and cleanup Loading and unloading tools and equipment Safely operating equipment appropriate to experience and training Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Following instructions from crew leaders Following proper tree care, equipment operation, and job site safety procedures Performing other duties as needed to help the crew complete jobs safely and efficiently Experience A minimum of 2 years of tree service experience is required. Candidates should have previous experience working as part of a tree care crew and be familiar with the basic tools, equipment, safety procedures, and physical demands associated with professional tree removal and trimming operations.
