Job Description
Beechmont Country Club , located in Beachwood, OH , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Greenskeeper ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Assists with daily golf course maintenance and setup. Mows and maintains turfgrass and landscaped areas. Rakes and maintains bunkers. Trims, edges, and performs general grounds maintenance. Assists with course projects and improvements. Operates basic grounds maintenance equipment safely. Maintains a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Performs other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent or management team. Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented. Willingness to learn and take direction. Previous golf course, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods. Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Uniforms provided. Golf privileges on Mondays.
