We're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in producing quality work. Experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person. Job Responsibilities Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Mulching and landscape bed clean-ups Landscape and plant installations Tree and shrub trimming Leaf clean-ups during the fall General outdoor labor Assisting with irrigation systems and water features (ponds, fountains, etc.) Snow removal and ice management during the winter season Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic Ability to lift 50+ lbs Landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team Valid driver's license preferred Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays during busy seasons Pay $15/hr to start during training. After training, your pay is based on your experience, reliability, and work ethic — typically $15-$25/hr . Full-time employment with the opportunity for year-round work Paid training for the right candidate Opportunity for advancement into leadership and higher-paying positions Winter snow removal work to help maintain year-round employment Service Areas Bay Village, Westlake, Avon, Avon Lake, Rocky River, Fairview Park, Lakewood, North Olmsted, and surrounding communities.
