Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Roles per season (Year-round work): Lawn and/or Landscape Crew member during Spring and Summer Leaf cleanup in Fall Snow removal in Winter Training and opportunities for raises and growth as reliability, hard work, ability to follow direction, and attention to detail are proven! Required Consistent timeliness and dependability, Monday through Friday, with a reliable means of transportation to commute to and from in Belmont neighborhood of Dayton, OH Strong attention to detail and appreciation for a job-well-done. Team/Crew-oriented attitude Competent and effective communicator Ability to understand and execute directions Willingness to ask questions and learn Not required, but preferable Lawn/landscape experience such as lawn/bed edging, trimming, planting, seeding, mulching, etc Various small engine and grass cutting equipment such as string/hedge trimmers, push/zero-turn mowers, backpack blowers, etc Valid Ohio driver's license Experience driving commercial sized trucks and landscape/utility trailers Desire to learn and grow within one or more roles Considerations Working outdoors with exposure to environmental conditions such as heat/humidity, freezing temperatures, rain/snow, etc Individual must be able to perform his/her duties while being exposed to various plants, pollen, insects, dirt/dust and lawn care chemicals Reply via email, or text BJ at (937) 287-9055
