The Eckliff Group is hiring experienced Landscape Maintenance Technicians for our commercial landscape maintenance crews. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have professional landscaping, lawn maintenance, groundskeeping, or similar outdoor production experience. Responsibilities Maintain commercial properties, apartment communities, and homeowner associations Operate commercial zero-turn and stand-on mowers Perform string trimming, edging, blowing, and detailed property cleanup Identify and correct missed areas before leaving a property Safely load, unload, and care for equipment Work efficiently as part of an established landscape maintenance crew Follow company safety procedures and instructions from the Crew Leader Assist with seasonal cleanups, pruning, mulching, and other landscape work as needed Participate in snow and ice operations during the winter season Required Qualifications At least one year of professional landscape maintenance or groundskeeping experience Experience operating commercial mowing and landscaping equipment Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work for a full shift Reliable transportation to our Eastlake shop every workday Dependable attendance and the ability to report to work on time Ability to work safely, maintain a steady production pace, and follow instructions Willingness to work outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions Availability for snow and ice work during winter weather events A valid driver's license and experience driving a truck and trailer are preferred.
