Trimmer Pay:

$18-$38/hour, based on experience and skill level. Collier Tree Service is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing tree service crew. We are looking for candidates ranging from entry-level groundsmen willing to learn to experienced tree trimmers who can contribute immediately.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with tree removals, trimming, pruning, and storm work Ground operations including dragging brush, running ropes, feeding the chipper, and loading/unloading equipment Operating chainsaws and other tree service equipment safely Operating equipment such as mini skid loaders, compact loaders, stump grinders, and other machinery Operating and towing dump trailers and equipment trailers when qualified Loading, securing, and transporting equipment and materials Assisting climbers and lift operators with rigging and tree work Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Following proper safety procedures and working effectively as part of a crew What we're looking for: Reliable, hardworking, and dependable Willingness to learn and take direction Good work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation to and from work Experience operating mini skid loaders, compact loaders, stump grinders, dump trailers, equipment trailers, and chainsaws is a plus Tree trimming, climbing, rigging, or equipment operation experience is a plus Ability to safely lift and handle heavy brush, logs, and equipment Previous tree service experience is preferred for higher-paying positions Experience-based pay: $18-$38/hour Higher pay is available for candidates with proven experience in tree trimming, chainsaw operation, climbing/rigging, lift operation, equipment operation, trailer operation, or crew leadership.
