As a Landscape Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for our clients. No prior experience is necessarycomprehensive training is provided. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, landscape cleanup, bed edging, bush trimming, tree planting, and mowing Assist with seasonal snow removal as needed Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions Must pass a pre-employment drug screen No prior landscaping experience requiredtraining provided Compensation Competitive hourly wage with weekly pay. Additional $1 per hour attendance bonus available. Snow removal work paid at 1.5x regular rate, up to $38 per hour. Overtime opportunities available to maximize earnings.
