Lawn Care Crew Member Job Summary:

Come be part of our team! We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Lawn Mowing Worker to maintain residential and commercial lawns. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Mow and trim lawns to maintain a clean, well-manicured appearance. Use lawn equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers safely and properly. Perform basic yard cleanup and seasonal maintenance as needed. Inspect equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues. Follow scheduled routes and complete jobs efficiently and on time. Provide friendly and professional service to customers. Follow all workplace safety procedures.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to work daily. Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials. Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred but not required. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license preferred, not required. Ability to operate hand tools and landscaping machinery safely and efficiently Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach towards grounds maintenance tasks Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions

Schedule:

Part-time or full-time positions available, depending on workload and availability.

Pay:
