Seasonal Schedule:

2-4 days per week, approximately 8-hour shifts Landoll's Mohican Castle is looking for a dependable, hardworking Seasonal Groundskeeper to join our maintenance and grounds team for the fall and winter season. This is a hands-on outdoor position helping maintain our 30-acre resort property and prepare the Castle for the fall and holiday seasons. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, doesn't mind physical work, and takes pride in keeping a property looking its best. Responsibilities Fall leaf cleanup and removal General grounds and property maintenance Snow and ice removal during winter weather Assist with installation of Christmas lights and decorations for our annual Kingdom of Lights Assist with removal and storage of holiday lights and decorations after the season Use ladders safely for decorating and maintenance work Move, load and carry equipment, decorations and supplies Assist the maintenance team with other projects as needed Help keep outdoor guest areas clean, safe and presentable Schedule This is a seasonal, part-time position , generally working 2-4 days per week with approximately 8-hour shifts . Because much of the work is weather-dependent, applicants must have some flexibility. Weekend availability may be required , particularly during leaf season, snow events and holiday setup. Requirements Dependable and able to report to work as scheduled Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working from ladders Able to perform physical work for an extended period, including standing, walking, bending and lifting Strong work ethic and attention to detail Groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance or snow-removal experience is helpful, but not required About Landoll's Mohican Castle Landoll's Mohican Castle is a destination resort located in the Mohican countryside outside Loudonville, Ohio.
