Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Care Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the health, appearance, and safety of outdoor landscapes through hands-on groundskeeping and landscaping tasks. Duties Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform turf maintenance to ensure lush, even grass coverage Operate landscaping equipment including power tools, mowers, trimmers, and hedge cutters safely and efficiently Maintain gardens by planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and identifying plants for optimal growth Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Perform tree trimming, hardscape maintenance, and general groundskeeping to enhance landscape aesthetics Apply pesticides responsibly following safety protocols to control pests and protect plant health Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance Skills Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools for safe operation and troubleshooting Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping practices Ability to identify various plants, trees, and pests with confidence in plant identification skills Knowledge of pesticide management procedures adhering to safety protocols Familiarity with irrigation systems installation, repair, and operation Strong outdoor work experience with a focus on lawn care and landscaping projects Understanding of horticulture principles for healthy plant growth and landscape design Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely while following all safety guidelines Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently in outdoor environments Join us in creating vibrant outdoor spaces that inspire pride!
