Job Overview Whispering Pines is a newly owned, professionally managed residential property with 48 two-bedroom apartments and 67 storage units. We're looking for a reliable, capable local contractor who can help keep the property in excellent condition and respond promptly when problems arise. Applicants should live within approximately 15 minutes of Paulding.

The work includes:

Completing general apartment and storage-unit repairs, including doors, locks, fixtures, drywall, painting, and minor plumbing repairs Preparing vacant apartments for new residents and completing light renovations, such as painting, flooring, fixture replacement, and other approved improvements Handling routine upkeep of the buildings, storage units, and grounds Mowing, trimming, landscaping, and keeping outdoor areas clean Clearing snow and ice from agreed parking areas and walkways during winter weather Identifying larger issues early and coordinating with the owner or qualified trades when a job requires specialized work Communicating clearly about work completed, materials needed, costs, and timing The right person has hands-on maintenance or handyman experience, takes pride in finished work, follows through on commitments, and treats residents respectfully. You'll need reliable transportation, basic tools, and availability to respond to agreed urgent maintenance and snow events. Experience with apartment turnovers and light renovation is especially helpful. This is an ongoing contract opportunity. The scope of work, response expectations, equipment, insurance, and payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins.
