Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and health of all landscape elements. Manage irrigation systems to optimize watering schedules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient water use. Conduct tree trimming, hardscape installation, and grounds enhancement projects to improve aesthetic appeal and safety. Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to protect plants from pests and promote healthy growth. Maintain detailed records of landscape activities, equipment maintenance, and pesticide management for compliance and quality assurance. Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. Mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools, power equipment, irrigation systems, and groundskeeping machinery. Ability to identify plants accurately and understand horticultural principles for plant health management. Familiarity with pesticide management procedures adhering to safety protocols. Skilled in the operation of hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment, and hardscape installation tools. Knowledge of groundskeeping techniques including mowing, gardening, tree trimming, and lawn care. Commitment to safety protocol adherence while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work involving lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating heavy equipment.
