Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Identify plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and health management Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Apply pesticides and fertilizers responsibly following safety protocols to promote healthy plant growth Maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, and retaining walls to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Conduct regular groundskeeping inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment operation Extensive experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping practices Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems for outdoor work Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and lawn care techniques Ability to manage pesticide application responsibly following safety protocols Skilled in tree trimming, gardening, and hardscape maintenance tasks Excellent outdoor work experience with a focus on safety protocol adherence Join our team to help transform outdoor spaces into lush, inviting environments!
