Overview Join our dynamic landscape maintenance team as a Mowing Crew Team Member and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, well-manicured environments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to ensure lawns and landscapes are healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing. Whether you're trimming, mowing, or assisting with landscape projects, your efforts will directly contribute to creating inviting outdoor spaces for clients and communities alike. Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools safely and efficiently to maintain lawns and landscapes. Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to achieve a clean, professional appearance. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control. Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and health of the landscape. Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and edgers for detailed landscaping work. Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure safety and performance. Skills Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining landscaping equipment. Experience with landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and plant identification. Familiarity with pesticide management practices for safe application when necessary. Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting. Construction experience or familiarity with hardscape features like patios or walkways is a plus. Ability to operate power tools safely while adhering to safety protocols. Strong understanding of horticulture principles including tree care, pruning techniques. Pay:
$15.00 - $21.00 per hour
