Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Golf Grounds Maintenance professional and play a vital role in creating pristine, inviting golf courses that inspire players and elevate their experience. This energetic position involves maintaining the beauty, health, and functionality of the course by implementing landscape care, irrigation management, and turf maintenance. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the course remains a top-tier destination for golf enthusiasts. Duties Operate and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules and healthy turf growth Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting to keep the course visually stunning Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for turf care, aeration, fertilization, and soil improvement Conduct regular lawn care routines such as fertilizing, aerating, dethatching, and overseeding to promote lush grass coverage Maintain pathways, bunkers, greens, fairways, and surrounding landscaping to uphold high standards of course presentation Assist with gardening tasks like planting flowers or shrubs to enhance aesthetic appeal Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform basic maintenance or coordinate repairs as needed Skills Knowledge of irrigation systems operation and troubleshooting techniques Experience with landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting Familiarity with gardening practices and horticulture principles for healthy plant growth Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners and power tools including trimmers and blowers safely Strong lawn care skills including fertilization, aeration, dethatching, and overseeding methods Understanding of landscaping techniques to improve course aesthetics and functionality Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment and perform basic repairs when necessary This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a vibrant environment dedicated to excellence. Pay:
