Cardinal Staffing is seeking a skilled and mechanically inclined Gluer Machine Operator. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting gluer machines used in the manufacturing of sustainable folding cartons and packaging materials . The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Open availability requiredPosition will start on 3rd 10p-6a and then move to a 1st 6-2 OR 2-10 to finish training and then return to 3rd. Pay Rate- $20.00 base rate with shift premiums

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate gluer machines according to job specifications and production schedules Perform machine adjustments and changeovers for different carton sizes and styles Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed Monitor machine operation to ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency Conduct quality checks on finished cartons to ensure adherence to customer and company standards Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and improve performance Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety and 5S protocols Document machine settings, downtime, and production data accurately Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training opportunities

Qualifications:
