Resort Grounds Attendant (Part-Time)

Job Summary Join the team responsible for keeping Bayfront Resort looking its best! This hands-on position focuses on maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and presentation of our outdoor spaces and guest amenities, helping create an environment where guests can relax, enjoy, and make lasting memories. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for seasonal part-time work and enjoys working in an outdoor environment! Schedule Seasonal (June - September) Part-Time (approximately 12-16 hrs. a week) 3-4 days per week, between 11 AM to 3 PM On weekend day availability during peak season What You'll Do As a Resort Grounds Attendant, you'll help ensure our cottages, RV sites, and common areas remain clean, attractive, and guest-ready.

Responsibilities may include:

Power washing patios, sidewalks, and exterior surfaces Cleaning cottage patios and outdoor furniture Removing bird droppings and debris from buildings and common areas Emptying trash receptacles throughout the property Cleaning and maintaining fire pits and charcoal grills Touch-up painting and minor cosmetic repairs Assisting with seasonal projects and property improvements Reporting maintenance concerns to management What We're Looking For Positive attitude and ability to work independently Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks No specialized experience required—we're happy to train the right person If you take pride in a job well done and enjoy helping keep a property looking its best, we'd love to hear from you.
