Full Job Description About Us:

Toledo Country Club, established in 1897, is a premier private member club managed by Arnold Palmer Golf Management. We're seeking dedicated Grounds Crew members to help maintain our championship golf course and grounds to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

Mow, trim, and maintain fairways, greens, tees, and rough Operate and maintain grounds equipment (mowers, sprayers, utility vehicles, etc.) Assist with irrigation system upkeep and monitoring Perform bunker maintenance, edging, and landscaping tasks Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as directed Assist with course setup for daily play and special events/tournaments Perform general grounds and facility upkeep as assigned Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

Prior grounds/landscaping/golf course maintenance experience preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Valid driver's license preferred Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
