Will be scheduled for approx. 25 hrs a week. Should be energetic, friendly and will take pride in their work to keep our property clean, safe and well maintained. Someone who has an understanding of great customer service, has reliable transportation, can work as part of a team and perform tasks independently. Have knowledge of maintaining grounds and will assist in the upkeep of property common interiors (including power washing) pool and any other designated areas assigned by Manager. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Maintaining the overall upkeep of the Property grounds and exterior image which include keeping all exterior areas clean and free of debris ( buildings, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, dumpster areas, etc) Cleaning and Power Washing of common building areas (breezeways) and keep them free of debris and hazards as needed. Keep dumpster areas clean and free of debris
