Overview Hiring for Lawn and Landscape laborer. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, and hardscape machinery with precision and safety Assist with landscape design projects by installing hardscape features like pathways or retaining walls when needed Experience Must have Valid Drivers License and your Own Reliable Vehicle Must be 18 yrs old or older Proven outdoor work experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping roles Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, and landscaping equipment Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy equipment or materials and working in various weather conditions Hands-on experience with garden maintenance, tree trimming, gardening practices, and hardscape installation is a plus Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to grounds upkeep ensures high standards of safety and aesthetics
