Job Overview Big M Lawn Maintenance Co is looking for a dedicated and hardworking crew member to join our team. We are a locally owned company with nearly 30 years of service to the Wadsworth area. Duties Mowing residential and commercial properties Trimming and edging along sidewalks, driveways, and landscape beds Blowing off hard surfaces to maintain a clean finish Assisting with weed control in landscape beds Routine equipment maintenance and light repairs Following daily job routes and maintaining efficiency on job sites Qualifications Previous experience in lawn maintenance is preferred but not required. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly in operating and maintaining mowing equipment (zero turns, trimmers) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced outdoor environment. Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation of equipment.
