Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and planting to ensure vibrant and well-kept outdoor spaces Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape tools safely and efficiently Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote safety and aesthetic appeal while adhering to safety protocols Maintain grounds by installing or repairing hardscape features like pathways, patios, or retaining walls as needed Experience Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance is highly preferred Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, planting, pruning, and hardscape installation Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of power tools and landscaping equipment Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management practices is a plus Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while operating equipment or handling chemicals Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for teamwork and understanding client or supervisor instructions Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
