Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty and health of outdoor spaces through skilled landscaping, groundskeeping, and horticultural practices. Your expertise will ensure that lawns, gardens, trees, and hardscape features are kept in pristine condition, creating inviting environments for clients and communities alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, apply your technical skills, and contribute to the transformation of outdoor landscapes. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and weeding to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery safely and efficiently Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to ensure proper horticultural care and pest management Install and repair irrigation systems to maintain optimal watering schedules for diverse plantings Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety standards Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to protect plants while minimizing environmental impact Maintain safety procedures at all times during outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries Experience Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, plant identification, and horticulture principles Familiarity with operating hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment, and groundskeeping machinery Understanding of safety protocols related to pesticide management, equipment operation, and outdoor work environments Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
