Crew Leader, Landscaper

Overview At Grounded Homes, we install landscapes and hardscapes. We are looking for someone who has experience installing retaining walls, French drains, paver patios, walkways, and landscapes. The role will start off assisting with project planning, running equipment (mini skid, mini ex, skid steer), instructing and assisting crew members, and ensuring maximum quality. Requirements Previous experience in a hardscaping/landscaping role is preferred; we welcome candidates with experience who are willing to learn. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 80 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Previous experience operating equipment such as compaction equipment, mini skid steers and mini excavators is a plus. Previous experience reading and establishing grade is a plus
