• Part-time Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team!

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities. Your proactive approach will ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike, while supporting the smooth operation of our building systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in custodial and groundskeeping work within a vibrant, team-oriented setting. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, and hallways Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Assist with general facilities maintenance including minor repairs, painting, and touch-ups in apartment spaces Monitor supply levels of cleaning materials and notify management when restocking is needed Mow, Edge, and Weed Eat the grounds. Watering flowers as needed Miscellaneous minor repairs as requested by the Maintenance Lead Removing debris and items left behind by residents Assistance with removing large household items/furniture when applicable Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities and report any hazards or damages promptly Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and safely Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively Join us and be part of a dedicated team committed to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments!
