This role is essential to keeping plant operations running smoothly and safely.
We have grown from one man with a dump truck to a large ESOP corporation with personnel who have many years of experience and a heart for the community they work in.
What You'll Do:
Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment repairs. Operate various pieces of heavy equipment including haul trucks, water trucks, skid steers, and man lifts. Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete required documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the plant. Perform general labor duties supporting plant production.Desired Skills:
Effective verbal communication and teamwork abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to identify mechanical issues and workplace hazards. Safety-focused mindset.Qualifications:
Clean driving history. Successful completion of a physical, drug screen, and background check. Ability to work outdoors year-round in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions. Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Capability to perform physically demanding tasks safely.
