Summary:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and functionality of company buildings and grounds, mowing, running errands, purchasing building/cleaning supplies, and picking up/dropping off company materials for office manager and executive team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic Building Repair/ Light construction Plumbing and A/C knowledge Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently, such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, and leaf blowers. Maintains cleanliness and functionality of company buildings and grounds. Runs errands for office manager and executive team. Fuels company vehicles Purchases building/cleaning supplies. Performs clerical work-order tasks. Responsible for research and follow up relating to repairs. Take the initiative to resolve problems and address challenges as they arise Performs additional duties and support functions as needed or assigned. Hours M-F 08:00-17:00 Education and/or

Experience:

High School Diploma or GED; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Light construction, electrical and/or plumbing experience preferred.

Language Skills:

Ability to speak and write English.

Other Skills and Abilities:

Must have a valid driver's license. Must be flexible and ready to adapt to changing needs of others in a high stress and fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds many times throughout the day without assistance, as well as be able to lift and/or move heaving objects with assistance.
