This position will be available in mid- October. This is a long-term, full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM . Occasional seasonal weekend pool maintenance may be required following resident events. This position will also participate in a rotating on-call schedule approximately one week every 4-6 weeks with the maintenance team.

Primary responsibilities include:

Property clean-up and daily trash pick-up, dog station maintenance Maintaining pools, pool furniture, and common areas Ensuring trash chutes and bins are ready for Waste Management pick-up and returning bins afterward Power washing as needed Light make-ready, maintenance, and small building projects Completing property inspections Changing property light bulbs Reporting landscaping, lighting, maintenance, and other property concerns Communicating professionally with management and residents Driving to nearby properties for perimeter walks and trash pick-up Taking initiative and completing tasks efficiently with limited supervision Watering specific plants We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, communicates well, and is comfortable working independently.
