This energetic position combines hands-on landscaping, property beautification, and maintenance tasks to ensure our communities are inviting, safe, and well-kept. You will be responsible for transforming properties through skilled landscaping, facility repairs, and interior maintenance, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform landscaping duties including planting, trimming, mowing, edging, and seasonal clean-up to enhance curb appeal. Conduct make-ready tasks such as painting, carpentry repairs, drywall patching, and general interior touch-ups to prepare units for occupancy. Utilize hand tools and power tools for carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, and general maintenance tasks across residential or commercial properties. Assist with projects involving welding, HVAC system repair, or mechanical work to ensure quality standards are met efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident or client requests promptly while maintaining a professional attitude. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on skills with hand tools, electrical equipment repair, welding, and schematics interpretation. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and electrical equipment is highly desirable. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately; experience with ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools is essential. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate tasks and interact with team members or clients. Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions; attention to safety protocols at all times. Pay:
