Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscape maintenance and landscape installation. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and mechanical equipment. If you have a passion for creating beautiful landscaping and enjoy working as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Assist with the construction, maintenance, and creation of custom landscapes
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Perform routine landscape maintenance duties
- Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing trees, plants and flowers
- Dig trenches and holes for various projects
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Experience:
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques
- Working with natural stone.
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with landscape practices
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
