Job Description

Langdon Farms Golf Club is hiring employees to assist in maintaining our golf course and accompanying facilities. Available hours include full commitments.
General Duties:
Responsible for the care, maintenance and repair of all golf course grounds and equipment. Operate in a safe and responsible manner of all golf course equipment. Operate equipment as directed by the Superintendent. Help with restoration and repair of golf course to include sodding, sanding, seeding, topdressing, edging, bunkers and cart paths, trimming trees and shrubs. Perform any other task needed to properly maintain golf course and grounds. Perform setup duties by moving tee markers, picking up trash, repairing ball marks. Must maintain cooperative working relationships with other employees. Communicate questions or problems to Supervisor. Work with or without direct supervision. Must be polite and friendly to our players and guests. Must maintain a well-groomed appearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must have valid driver's license. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. to waist height. Frequent bending turning, kneeling and stooping Exposure to hot and cold temperatures Must be able to stand for extended periods. Must be able to operate gas-powered equipment in a safe manner Normal vision and hearing ranges required.
