Landscape Maintenance Crew Member Edge Landscape & Maintenance, Inc. is looking for a reliable, hardworking Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. We are a growing landscape company serving our local community, and we take pride in doing quality work, maintaining professional job sites, and showing up for our clients and each other. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Shows up on time and ready to work every scheduled day Has reliable transportation to work Takes pride in doing a good job Can work outdoors in varying weather conditions Is comfortable performing physically demanding work Works well as part of a team Can follow directions and work efficiently Has a positive attitude and wants to learn Treats customers, coworkers, and company equipment with respect Reliability is extremely important to us. We are looking for someone who wants consistent work and is interested in becoming a dependable member of our team. Typical Job Duties Your work may include: General maintenance duties including mowing, edging, blowing, weeding, etc. Pruning Planting Spreading bark, soil, and other landscape materials Installing and maintaining irrigation systems Loading and unloading materials and equipment General job-site cleanup Operating hand tools and basic landscape equipment Other duties as needed to complete quality landscape projects Physical Requirements This is a hands-on, physical position.

Applicants must be able to:

Work outdoors for extended periods Lift and carry approximately 50 pounds Bend, kneel, shovel, rake, and perform repetitive physical work Work safely around equipment and construction materials Previous landscape or construction experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and dependable attitude. Applicant must be able to speak and understand English.
