This role focuses on lawn maintenance and yard cleanups. If you take pride in your work and want steady hours with a growing company, this is a good fit. What You'll Be Doing Lawn mowing, edging, and blowing Pulling weeds and applying weed control Trimming shrubs, bushes, and small trees Leaf cleanup and debris removal Cutting back overgrown areas (blackberries, ivy, etc.) General yard cleanups and property maintenance What We're Looking For Shows up on time and ready to work Good work ethic (not slow, not rushing—steady pace) Pays attention to detail Can follow instructions and work with a team Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Valid driver's license preferred Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs Able to work 8-10 hour days Experience is a plus, but we can train the right person Pay Starting at $21+/hour DOE Opportunity for raises based on performance Schedule Monday - Thursday (10-hour days) Consistent weekly schedule Why Work With Us Steady work during the season Opportunity to grow into a crew lead position We care about doing quality work—not just rushing jobs
