Whether you're planting native trees, caring for ornamental gardens, restoring habitats, or maintaining irrigation systems, you'll take pride in meaningful, hands-on work that connects people and nature. What You'll Do Care for community parks, trails, and green spaces through sustainable landscaping practices. Plant, prune, and nurture native trees, shrubs, and pollinator-friendly plants. Support stream restoration, erosion control, and other ecological projects. Maintain and install irrigation systems and use modern tools like GIS and Rain Bird software. Operate landscape vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with your team to keep our shared spaces thriving all year round. Who You Are You have education or experience in horticulture, arboriculture, or landscape maintenance, or simply a passion for learning about them. You're reliable, adaptable, and comfortable using technology and tools. You're 18+ with a valid driver's license and a record of safe driving.
