THE ROLE
We're seeking a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Oregon-licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This position focuses primarily on residential electrical service, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations, along with commercial work and tenant improvements for offices, retail, and light commercial spaces. Perform electrical service, repairs, and installations for light commercial clients and tenant improvement projects — including office build-outs, retail spaces, and commercial renovations (running circuits, lighting, panels, and code-compliant upgrades). Inspect, repair, upgrade, and replace electrical panels and service equipment — including upgrades to support EV chargers, hot tubs, generators, HVAC systems, and modern appliance loads for both residential and commercial projects. Install Level 2 EV chargers, hot tub/spa wiring, portable generator connections/interlocks, new lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and other electrical systems in homes and light commercial spaces. Complete electrical rough-in and finish work for kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), office tenant improvements, and other renovation projects. Diagnose electrical problems using multimeters and appropriate tools; clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to homeowners and commercial clients in plain language.
