We are looking for reliable Ground Crew members to support arborist teams in the field — ideal for individuals with outdoor or equipment experience who want to build a long-term career in arboriculture. Harrity Tree Specialists, Inc. has provided professional arboricultural services in the Portland metro region since 1992. We take pride in delivering high-quality tree care while maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our team. Preferred Qualifications and Experience 1+ year of experience in tree care, landscaping, construction, or related outdoor work Basic understanding of tree care operations , including debris management and site cleanup Excellent situational awareness and adaptability in dynamic field conditions Ability to safely operate chainsaws, chippers, and hand tools Familiarity with rigging systems and job site setup a plus Proven commitment to safe work practices (ANSI Z133), teamwork, and high-quality client service Reliable, punctual, and attentive to crew direction and workflow Physical fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in variable weather Team-oriented and communicative , supporting arborists and equipment operators Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Interest in developing skills and advancing within the company

Compensation:

• $24 - $30 / hour

• Additionally, we regularly have overtime hours available and work on BOLI - Prevailing Wage jobs.
