In this role, you will split your time between basic landscaping and keeping our docks, walkways, and marina facilities clean and tidy. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors near the water, takes pride in a well-kept property, and prioritizes safety around docks and shorelines.

Key Responsibilities Basic Landscaping:

Weed planter beds, prune shrubs, and clear brush along waterfront pathways and shores.

Marina Tidiness:

Sweep, pressure-wash, and clear debris from docks, ramps, gangways, and parking areas to maintain walkways.

Waste Management:

Remove garbage across the marina property; safely clear shoreline drift debris or litter.

Facility Upkeep:

Assist with minor outdoor maintenance tasks as needed, such as painting rails, cleaning public restrooms, or organizing dock boxes.

Safety Observation:

Keep a sharp eye out for hazards, loose boards, or water safety issues and report them promptly to management. Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age . Able to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain balance on floating docks or uneven terrain. Comfortable working outdoors in all Pacific Northwest weather conditions (rain, wind, heat). Strong work ethic, punctual, and comfortable interacting professionally with marina tenants and boaters. Must have reliable transportation.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
