Western Helicopter Services, Inc. is seeking drivers to operate from Newberg, OR. We provide aerial application services primarily to the private timber industry which include aerial herbicide applications, fertilization, recon, and aerial surveys. WHSI specializes in forestry applications in the Pacific Northwest states of Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California. WHSI utilizes multiple teams in the field to conduct thousands of forestry applications annually.

Job Responsibilities:

Must perform all job duties in accordance with our safety policies and procedures. Be responsible for your actions and professional towards employees and customers alike. Inspect and operate Vehicles I equipment as required . Some mechanical ability and off-highway experience is preferred as most work sites are in remote mountainous forest environments. Vehicles driven are fuel trucks, batch trucks, fertilizer trucks and other equipment. Also assist pilots with various helicopter related duties.

Job Requirements:

Valid Class B COL with air-brakes, tanker, hazmat, be comfortable with trailers, clean record and valid DOT medical certificate. Pre-employment drug screening, background check, and DMV record check is required.

Wage:

DOE. Guaranteed 40 hrs/wk with extensive overtime during busy seasons.
