Job Description

Description Job Summary:
Responsible for performing general Grounds Keeping and Custodial duties throughout the center.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Maintains and cares for the out door areas of the Center Operates machinery such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, tractors, etc... Inspects and reports on the mechanical condition of vehicles. Assists in the relocation of center equipment and furniture. Performs minor building construction tasks. Performs interior and exterior center janitorial, building maintenance and grounds keeping assignments. Attends required staff training sessions as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements Qualifications:
Minimum :
High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and write English. Six months experience, to include transportation and/or building maintenance.
Preferred :
One year or more work-related experience.
Knowledge :
Must possess a valid State driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification. Ability to operate power tools.
