Greens and Grounds Team The Club at Twin Lakes - 3.0 Allentown, PA Job Details 18 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Power tools Watering Full Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grounds Crew Member to join our team. As a Grounds Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal, playability, and overall quality of our golf course. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, such as mowing, watering, fertilizing, and landscaping, to ensure that the course meets the highest standards of excellence.

Other Supplemental Benefits Essential Job Functions:
Operate various mowing equipment to maintain the fairways, roughs, tees, and greens at appropriate heights. Perform trimming and edging tasks to ensure clean and manicured turf. Assist with watering and any other tasks related to the irrigation system as needed. Rake and edge sand bunkers to maintain their shape and integrity. Replace sand as needed to ensure consistent playability and aesthetics. Assist with planting, pruning, and maintaining trees, shrubs, and flowers throughout the golf course grounds. Keep landscape areas neat and tidy by removing debris and weeds. Assist with course setup for daily play, tournaments, and special events. Move tee markers, flags, and ropes to designated locations. Repair divots, ball marks, and other damage to the turf as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize hazards. Must possess valid driver's license. PA pesticide applicators license not mandatory but a plus. Must have a general knowledge of the operation of basic small power tools such as trimmers and blowers. Experience with hand watering of greens is a must. Tree work experience is also a plus. Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
