In this role, you'll engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the beautification and maintenance of landscapes. You will work with a dedicated crew to transform outdoor spaces into stunning environments while ensuring the highest standards of care and maintenance. What you'll do Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain lush green spaces. Engage in landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance aesthetic appeal. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects. Assist in landscape installations including patios, walkways, and retaining walls to create functional outdoor areas. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients. Collaborate with team members on construction projects, utilizing mechanical knowledge for effective execution. Basic qualifications Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to operate zero turn mowers, stand on and walk behind mowers. Driving truck and trailer. Operating tractor backhoe with attachments. Snow removal- shoveling, plowing with truck and tractor, using snowblowers and applying salt when needed. Willingness to learn. Preferred qualifications Experience in landscaping or horticulture is highly desirable. Familiarity with excavators and other heavy machinery is a plus.
