Landscape Laborer Scapes Design LLC - Bath, PA Full-Time | Seasonal with Growth Opportunity Job Summary Scapes Design LLC is hiring Landscape Laborers to support our commercial and residential maintenance crews throughout the Lehigh Valley. This is a full-time, hands-on position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a professional team delivering high-quality landscape services. Key Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Install mulch and maintain landscape beds Trim shrubs and hedges to maintain a clean appearance Assist with seasonal cleanups (spring and fall) Support planting and landscape installation projects Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Follow instructions from crew leaders and maintain productivity standards Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Dependable and punctual Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Strong teamwork and communication skills Landscaping experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license is a plus Positive attitude Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay starting at $16.00 per hour (based on experience) Consistent, full-time work during the season Opportunities for advancement (Crew Leader, Foreman roles) Training provided for motivated individuals Schedule Monday-Friday (with occasional Saturdays/Sundays during peak season) Typical start time: Early morning Work Location Based in the Lehigh Valley, servicing commercial properties, Property Managers , and residential clients Why Work With Us?
